Tumor Research Platform

Product Code: imFlux-Tumor-100

 Part of the NMT BioFunction Research Platform series. The imFluxes-Tumor-100 is used for testing living organisms’ physiological functions, and it is designed specifically for testing O2 and H2O2.

While maintaining the integrity of the samples, it can detect O2 and H2O2 influx and efflux and has sensitivity as high as femto (10-15) moles • cm-2 • s-1.

This platform would be beneficial for research in areas such as target tumor therapy, drug screening, and apoptosis.

Without using the radioactive, chemical, pharmacological or other labeling methods, imFluxes-Tumor-100 allows researchers to detect the tested ions and molecules in advance in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

Temporal resolution: 3s (response time) and 5s (measurement time);

Spatial resolution of ions: 1µm- 10µm;

Spatial resolution of molecules: 20µm—25µm;

Flux Sensitivity: 10-15mol•cm-2•s-1

No need to extract samples

Can detect samples directly without using grinding and other traditional extraction methods

Capable of testing various samples

Intact organisms, organs, tissues, cells, and even small condensed organelles can be tested

3D Flux Measurements

Different platforms in the NMT BioFunction Research Platform series can detect one-dimensional measurements (NMT BioFunction Research Platforms are the exception, for they can detect three-dimensional measurements).

After upgraded, all platforms in the series can detect three-dimensional measurements and provide flux information by measuring the concentration gradient in all x, y, and z directions. At the same time, sample positioning will become more precise and flexible, thus enhancing the repeatability of the experiment.
